Impact of Iman

  • The first gift of Iman is the Fear of Allaah (Taqwa) and extreme self-control on the body. Truly speaking when Iman is ruined, Fear of Allaah disappears and we lose self-control on eyes, ears, mouth, hands etc.
  • Eyes are directed to Allaah Subhanahu Wata’aala and diverted from the materialistic world. His assets presently are, Taqwa, Tawakkul and Sabr.
  • Body becomes equipped to do Amaal that produces rewards (Ajr) and feels Allaah’s happiness (Ikhlas).
  • Riya Kari (Show off) disappears.
  • Pride gets evaporated and the person becomes  humble and polite.
  • Eyes begin to water, and one feels the softness of the heart.
  • Loses interest in the material world and becomes keen to do something for Hereafter (Akherath).
  • Sufficient self-control develops in the eyes, mouth and hands.
  • Gets sound sleep and laziness disappears. Sustains adequate strength to do Amaal.
  • Sees the help and nusrat being bestowed from Allaah that increases IMAN.
  • Feels contentment, happiness, possesses a smiling and a lit face, there is no pain (Gam).
  • Covered in a shell of Nooraniyat, 
  • Amaals become easier to perform.
  • Does not use harsh language even with the juniors or servants.
  • Feels the pain if anybody suffers, even animals
  • Repentance for sins of the past.
  • Enjoys the path of Allaah and mosque.
  • Feels that life is too short, often remembers death and Akherat,
  • Yaqeen develops in the Angels, Taqdeer, Quran, Hadees, Namaz, Zikr and Akherat.
  • Forgives  the faults of others.
  • Fulfills the rights of individuals according to the shariah.
  • Distinguishes between desire (khwaish)  and necessities.
  • Dislikes extravagance (Fuzul kharchi).
  • Hatred for sins develops, even for small sins he thinks, “I might get destroyed by this sin.”
  • Aql stops thinking on various subjects and Waswasas. Develop quietness and calmness.
  • Thinks that my brother is better than me.
  • Feels happy when does a virtue and wraths in pain if something bad or wrong has been carried out.
  • Loves to die for the cause of Allaah and His Deen.
  • Follows Rasool saws most of the time and keeps faith in his sayings.
  • Eats a balanced diet with calmness, and chews properly
  • Internal rhythms automatically open his eyes for Tahajjud and Fazar without the need of an external source (alarm)
  • Enjoys doing Dua and cries for his own sins and that of the Ummat’s.
  • Fears Nifaq ( hypocrisy)
  • Returns belongings (Amaanat) the way it was.
  • Considers sins as mountains.
  • Urges for more Noor and Hidayat, and is never satisfied with  the derived Noor.
  • Does not see or observe others faults instead targets himself.
  • Takes lessons from the World (duniya).
  • Reads Masnun Duaein in time and never forgets.
  • Follows the way of living  (Aadat Akhlaq) of Rasool sws.
  • Concentration and faith increases by listening to the Azan or reading The Quran and offering Namaz.
  • Feels Nooraniyat while reading The Quran.
  • Escapes calamities (fithna) by the Grace of Allaah.
  • With  a sense of conscious effort, life becomes balanced.
  • Is pleased to help neighbours and poor relatives.
  • Does many Amaals even though isn’t aware of them.
  • Develops humbleness (Haya and Sharam).
  • Instead of taking advantages he’d rather help the others and forget about himself.
  • Is a keen listener and a moderate talker.
  • Prefers to stay alone, and dislikes chaos. Doesn’t easily get irritated.
  • Does not become hopeless or ungrateful.
  • Avoids argument and arrogance.
  • Is not scared of creations (Makhlooq).
  • Behaves according to the temperaments of the people.
  • Vision (Ferasat) develops.
  • When required, becomes completely focused but once finished withdraws himself.
  • Does not interfere with any body’s personal affairs.
